30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with their original packaging where available. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact CS@pengyoufx.com so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds
